OVERVIEW
The idea for the name "Risen Gaming" comes from the fact that this team has been reserrected from the grave not once, but four times. Baring a new name with each rebirth, the team has seen a combined total of over 150 members, some of which have been around since the very beginning. Since 2007, the team has gamed on five different Call of Duty titles, always with the same desire to have fun and play to destroy other teams.

THE B TEAM
In the beginning there was Theory, real name Bryan Lundberg. Being the young gamer that he was, he had no clue how to start a team but when the The Chosen Few Clan, who tought him how to play on a team, slowly dwindled out of existance he decided he wanted to give it a shot. With no members, servers, website or reputation he began to scrounge around the servers on Call of Duty: United Offensive for players who wanted to start a team with him. The result was "The B Team" a clan-style gaming team that exploded into a 20 member family of gamers ripping up the servers day after day.

LAST MEN STANDING
It was time for a change. The B team was only three months in existance but the new was wearing off as nothing new and exciting was happening. To take the team to the next level, Lundberg transitioned The B Team into Last Men Standing, a new clan-style gaming team who's name would spread across the gaming world for two and a half years. To start Last Men Standing off on the right foot, the team invested in a couple servers and a website so they would actually have a place to call their own. However, the main difference was that the team would now be competing in Team Warfare League. Reaching a position of 4th ranked in Search and Destroy, the team was on fire. But when Call of Duty 4 was released in 2008, the team split because everyone had a different vision for where the team should go. Lundberg wasn't going to let that stop the reign of LMS so he moved to Call of Duty 4 where he once again built up a competitive team of almost entirely new members. By 2009, Last Men Standing was 40 members strong and had both a North American team and a European team. In the early spring of 2010, Lundberg dropped his role as leader of the LMS clan due to lack of time for gaming. The team split up once again.

AFTERMATH GAMING
After meeting its demise earlier that year, a few of the members of Last Men Standing reunited the team under Lundberg's command in the summer of 2010. School was out, it was time to game. With a new desire to hit the TWL ladders and the same passion for the game as always, the boys agreed on the name "Team Aftermath" which became Aftermath Gaming. By this time, Call of Duty 4 was out of its prime having two succeeding Call of Duty titles. The team played hard, did well and had fun but at the end of the summer it was time to hang up the headsets and focus on real life again.

RISEN GAMING
World at War only had a fun campaign mode. Modern Warfare 2 was full of hackers and lacked dedicated servers. But when Call of Duty: Black Ops was released and presented itself with a COD4 style, Bryan Lundberg began to hear that voice saying "build it, they'll come" once again. So instead of seeking psychiatric help, he rounded up some of the boys and started the next chapter of this undying faction now known as Risen Gaming.
